Privacy policy

The short version

You don’t need an account. The numbers you type into a calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

Stored on your device

• Your colour-theme choice (light or dark).
• A copy of the latest exchange rates, for up to seven days, so pages load quickly and still work briefly offline.
• You can clear these at any time from your browser’s site-data settings.

Exchange-rate requests

To show rates, your browser requests them directly from Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev). Like any website, that service receives your IP address and browser details with the request. No calculator values are sent.

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) for security and reliability, for a limited period.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not currently run analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are switched on.

Partner links

If you follow a partner link, the partner may record that you came from NagdiWay. Their own privacy policy then applies.

Contact

If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Contact us and we will help with any request we can act on.
